Meet the Next Community Partners Joining Us August 21 in Crowley, TX

Our 4-Year Anniversary Community Pickleball Night is getting closer, and we’re even more excited about the group of local businesses coming together to help us celebrate.

On Friday, August 21st from 6:00-8:00 PM, Repz Fitness is taking over Dill Dinkers Pickleball in Crowley, TX for a FREE community event celebrating four years of Repz Fitness and, more importantly, the people and community that have helped us get here.

This night isn’t just for Repz Fitness members.

It’s for our families, friends, neighbors, local businesses, and anyone throughout Crowley, Fort Worth, Burleson, Joshua, Benbrook and the surrounding areas who wants to come out, have some fun, meet new people, and experience what the Repz community is all about.

We’ll have pickleball, music, giveaways, local businesses, food, treats, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

And our community partner lineup continues to grow.

In our first vendor spotlight, we introduced several of the amazing local businesses joining us for the night. Today, we’re excited to introduce three more: Integrity Rehab, Elevated Graze Society, and Momma’s Kitchen.

Here’s who you’ll get to meet on August 21.

Integrity Rehab, Supporting Health and Recovery

At Repz Fitness, we talk a lot about getting stronger.

But strength isn’t only about how much weight you can lift.

It’s also about understanding your body, recovering properly, addressing the things that may be holding you back, and having access to professionals who can help you feel and move better.

That’s one reason we’re excited to welcome Integrity Rehab and physical therapist Dr. Stephanie Lewis to our anniversary celebration list of local businesses.

Stephanie specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, an area of health that can have a major impact on quality of life but isn’t always talked about enough.

Pelvic floor physical therapy can be especially valuable for women during different stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery and beyond.

For many women, especially busy moms, there can be a tendency to simply accept certain changes or discomforts as “normal”.

Having knowledgeable professionals in our community who educate people about their bodies and give them resources to improve their quality of life matters.

And that aligns closely with the way we approach fitness at Repz.

We don’t believe everyone should be handed the same workout and told to figure it out.

We meet people where they are.

We look at their goals.

We learn about their limitations.

And then we help them build strength and confidence from there.

Partnering with professionals like Stephanie allows our community to see that health isn’t one-dimensional.

Training, recovery, movement, nutrition, stress management, and specialized care can all be pieces of the bigger picture.

Be sure to stop by and meet Stephanie from Integrity Rehab during our Community Pickleball Night.

Elevated Graze Society, Bringing People Together Around the Table

Some of the best conversations happen around food.

That’s something Elevated Graze Society understands very well.

Elevated Graze Society is a luxury charcuterie company specializing in interactive mobile charcuterie bar experiences, custom charcuterie boards, and thoughtfully curated charcuterie gifts.

But what we love most about their business is the idea behind it.

They’re inspired by hospitality and a genuine passion for bringing people together.

Their goal isn’t simply to create beautiful food.

It’s to create an experience.

Whether it’s a celebration, special event, corporate gathering, party, shower, or meaningful gift, Elevated Graze Society transforms charcuterie into something people can gather around and enjoy together.

And that makes them a perfect fit for this event.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned over four years of owning and operating Repz Fitness is that people need connection.

Of course, our members come to us because they want to get stronger, lose weight, feel better, or become healthier.

But something else happens along the way.

They start knowing the person training next to them.

They celebrate each other’s progress.

They talk before class.

They laugh during workouts.

They notice when someone hasn’t been there.

They become part of something.

That’s community.

And you don’t have to be inside a gym for that to happen.

Sometimes it’s built over a workout.

Sometimes it’s built during a pickleball game.

And sometimes it’s built standing around a beautiful charcuterie spread having a conversation with someone you’ve never met before.

We’re excited to have Elevated Graze Society joining us as one of our local businesses and bringing that same spirit of hospitality and connection to our anniversary celebration.

Mommas Kitchen, Local Food Made With Love

There’s something special about food made by someone who genuinely loves feeding people.

That’s exactly the heart behind Momma’s Kitchen.

Momma’s Kitchen is a locally owned mom-run business built from a simple passion: sharing a love of food with others.

And we have a special appreciation for businesses like this.

Behind so many small businesses is a person balancing family, work, responsibilities, and a dream they’re trying to build.

They’re showing up early.

They’re working late.

They’re figuring things out as they go.

And they’re putting a little bit of themselves into everything they create.

As a locally owned business ourselves, we understand how much community support matters.

When someone chooses a local restaurant, bakery, Realtor, therapist, fitness facility, food vendor, or service provider, that decision has an impact.

You’re not supporting people who live, work, raise families, and build their businesses right here in our community.

That’s why we’re excited to have Momma’s Kitchen joining us on August 21.

Come hungry, stop by their setup, and support another local business doing what they love.

Why Local Businesses and partnerships Matter to Repz Fitness

Our anniversary could have simply been a Repz Fitness party.

But that didn’t feel like us.

Over the last four years, we’ve learned that building a successful local business isn’t just about what happens within your own four walls.

It’s about becoming part of the community around you.

That’s why partnerships with other local businesses have become increasingly important to us.

We want Repz members to know about the incredible local businesses and professionals available right here in Crowley and the surrounding areas.

We want local business owners to meet one another.

We want families to discover local businesses they may not have knows existed.

And we want events like this to create opportunities for people to make genuine connections.

When local businesses support each other, the entire community gets stronger.

That’s something we’re proud to be a part of.

We’ll be sharing more announcements leading up to the event, along with giveaways, event night specials, activities, and everything else you can expect when you arrive.

Keep an eye on our social media as we get closer.

You might discover your next favorite local business before you every step onto the pickleball court.

Four Years of Repz Fitness

It’s hard to believe Repz Fitness is already celebrating four years.

We’ve watched people walk through our doors nervous about starting a fitness program and eventually become some of the most confident people in the room.

We’ve watched members get stronger.

We’ve watched friendships form.

We’ve watched people accomplish goals they weren’t sure were possible.

And we’ve watched Repz become something bigger than the place we originally opened.

That’s what we’re celebrating on August 21.

Not just four years in business.

Four years of relationships.

Four years of coaching.

Four years of growth.

Four years of supporting local families.

Four years of supporting local businesses.

And four years of building a stronger community right here in Crowley.
